Don’t Settle For Less

Pricing

At Billing Solutions, we charge 8% of your collected payments each month or revenue recouped by the billing service. This fee includes: insurance verifications/estimates, reconciling payments to following up on claims, and client invoicing/communication.

For consulting services and special projects, we charge $75 per hour. This fee is assessed for occasional troubleshooting questions for providers who handle their own billing, but would like to ask for help on occasional complex billing matters. 

Our contracting/credentialing fee is $250 per insurance company, billed upon completion of contract.

Our fees are invoiced to you on a monthly basis and are due upon receipt.
